About Fairy Popins
Fairy Popins was created out of a need to give soon-to-be mothers the love and care they truly deserve—but may not always receive. Every pregnancy is powerful, personal, and deeply transformative. Our mission is to ensure that mothers feel supported, understood, and uplifted during every step of this sacred journey.
Like a gentle nurturing guide, we “pop in” with the right care at the right time—offering emotional, physical, and informational support that empowers mothers to trust their bodies, their instincts, and their voice.
At Fairy Popins, we believe:
-
Your journey is sacred
-
Your needs matter
-
Your birth story deserves compassion and respect
We are here to bring balance, comfort, and confidence to your birthing and postpartum experience.

Certified Birth & Postpartum Doula
Founder of Fairy Popins
Hello, I’m Sam! Supporting young parents and mothers is not just my work—it’s my passion and purpose. I am a certified birth and postpartum doula, specializing in providing nurturing, judgment-free support to families as they prepare for one of the most meaningful experiences of their lives.
As a mother of two adult children, I “grew up” with motherhood. Looking back, I often wish I had a doula by my side during my own pregnancies. That longing became my inspiration to create Fairy Popins—to be the support I wish I had, and to offer mothers the comfort and confidence they deserve.
My approach blends heartfelt care with professional training. I support mothers in a way that feels warm and familiar, but also informed, structured, and grounded in evidence-based doula practices.
“Popping in with love to uplift you and help create the birth story you envision.”
